Dear Cherry Run Family and volunteers,

I hope this letter finds you well. This letter is and invitation for our mission work
week from Wednesday, September 30 to Saturday, October 1.

We will have continued work days on October 17 and October 24.

We appreciated everyone who gives toward Cherry Run. You may have been involved a long time or you might be new to Cherry Run. All of you are greatly appreciated for your involvement and commitment. You may also have just hear of Cherry Run Camp and would like to help out at the camp ground.

During our work week we will have several projects going on. We have need for
carpentry work, electrical work, plumbing, painting, general maintenance, yard work,
etc. There is a place for you.

It will be helpful to have several days in a row to work. Some projects just go
better when there is more than one day in a row to work. We will have accommodations
for people to stay in during that week. We will also be providing several of the meals.

What we would need is for you to rsvp for what days you will be there so we can
plan accordingly. There is a form for you to fill out the days you can come, your skills,
what tools you can bring, or what your interests are in working. We will prepare with
supplies to be ready for the projects. You may also register online for work days.

During the days we gather we will begin with prayer and end with worship
together as a reminder that we do all things for the glory of God. I want to thank you
ahead of time for you service to Christ through the ministry of Cherry Run Camp.
If you are interested in participating in these work days please let me know at the phone number below. This is the best way to get a hold of me. Please leave a message and I will get
back to you as soon as possible. You can also text this number:
